About the Role

This is a rare opportunity to join a unique, globally recognised organisation operating in a highly specialised industry. Following significant investment and an exciting period of growth, the business is evolving its people strategy and is looking for a hands-on HR leader to help shape its next chapter!

Reporting directly to the CEO, you will lead the HR function in a standalone HR leadership role, partnering closely with the executive leadership team to build leadership capability, strengthen performance, and drive meaningful organisational change. This is a highly visible role where you'll have the opportunity to influence strategy while remaining involved in daily HR operations.

Please note: This role is based onsite at the Melbourne Airport office, with an initial expectation of five days per week to support strong business engagement and onboarding. Flexibility will be considered over time.

Your role:

  • Partner with the CEO and executive team on strategic people initiatives.

  • Lead the HR function across Australia and New Zealand, with exposure to global stakeholders.

  • Develop and embed performance management frameworks, KPIs and reward processes.

  • Coach and support leaders to build capability and accountability.

  • Drive organisational change and continuous improvement initiatives.

  • Lead employee relations, compliance and HR best practice.

  • Build a high-performing, engaged and collaborative culture.

  • Provide trusted HR advice across the full employee lifecycle.

About You

  • Previous experience as an HR Manager, Senior HR Manager or HR Business Partner.

  • Strong background in performance management and organisational development.

  • Experience partnering with executive leaders and influencing business outcomes.

  • Comfortable balancing strategic initiatives with a hands-on approach.
